There are moments in life when the weight of grief feels almost too much to bear—when the losses, the fear, and the uncertainty leave us wondering how we’ll find our way through. But here’s the truth I know: when we come together, when we pause to breathe, to feel, and to hold space for each other, healing begins.
This past Sunday, I had the incredible honor of joining forces with the luminous Kathy Eldon to co-host a Healing Prayer Circle for those impacted by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. It was a time to gather, reflect, and connect with the deeper truths that unite us all: compassion, resilience, and the power of community.
What We Shared
Why This Gathering Matters
Here’s what I know for sure: when you feel like the world has broken your heart, connection is the glue that puts the pieces back together. Trauma can isolate us, but healing happens when we come together, even in virtual spaces like this.
This prayer circle wasn’t just about sitting in grief—it was about remembering that even in the darkest times, we are not alone.
Watch the Replay
If you weren’t able to join us live, the replay is available below. I encourage you to take this time for yourself. Let it be a moment to breathe, to release, and to reconnect with the peace that lives within you.
Carrying the Light Forward
This gathering was a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. My hope is that what we shared—the breathing practices, the compassion exercise, the poetry and song—will not only support you in this moment but serve as tools you can return to whenever life feels heavy.
To all who joined, and to Kathy Eldon and Tihane for their beautiful contributions: thank you. Together, we are stronger.
Together, we are healing.
